Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />VICTORIA L STUTZMAN, A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 26, 2007 and recorded

<br />Instrument 200707579 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
