Havel fka Jacqueline <br />L. Wickersham and Richard L. Havel ,wife and husband, Grantor, whether ane ar more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kurtis A. Dudo and <br />Danielle L.
