20o9o4os~ <br />Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Broadwell Avenue and <br />southerly line of Eighth Street; thence southerly along the easterly right-of--way <br />line of said Broadwell Avenue, a distance of one hundred fifty and twenty five <br />hundredths (1 S0.2S) feet to a point on the southerly line of fractional Lot Three <br />(3), Block Eleven (11), Wallichs Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; thence northeasterly along the southerly line of said Lot Three <br />(3), Block Eleven (1 1), a distance of five and sixty eight hundredths (5.68) feet; <br />thence northerly, parallel with and five (S.0) feet easterly from the easterly <br />right-of--way line of said Broadwell Avenue, a distance of one hundred fifty and <br />twenty five hundredths (1S0.2S) feet to a point on the southerly right-of=way line <br />of said Eighth Street; thence southwesterly along the southerly right-of--way line of <br />said Eighth Street, a distance of five and sixty eight hundredths (5.68) feet to the <br />intersection of the easterly line of Broadwell Avenue and southerly line of Eighth <br />Street being the Point i~f Beginning. <br />The above-described easement and right-of=way containing a total of 0.017 acres, <br />more or less, as shown on the plat dated S/S/2009, marked Exhibit "A", attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />together with the following rights: <br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described easement and <br />right-of--way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance, <br />repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of such public utilities and <br />appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner. <br />Grantee shall have the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches necessary for such <br />public utilities and appurtenances; to remove, clear, and keep clear, trees, bushes, hedges, <br />undergrowth, and/or any other obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, <br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of <br />such public utilities and appurtenances. <br />Grantor shall have the right to use the easement and right-of--way for purposes not <br />inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyment of the rights herein granted, provided that Grantor shall <br />not allow any structures, buildings, combustible materials, or other property of any kind <br />-z- <br />
