In addition to the College's agreement to pay additional rent as set forth in Section 2.1 of the Original Lease, the College hereby agrees to pay for the benefit of the Corporation any additional costs or expenses which may be imposed upon the Corporation under the terms of the Indenture in connection with the issuance of the 2009 Bonds. Section 4.3. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. Section 4.4. Only that copy of this Amendment which is labeled as "TRUSTEE'S ORIGINAL" shall constitute this Amendment to Lease - Purchase Agreement. Duplicate Originals may be prepared and executed for the convenience of the parties only.
