<br />The Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and
<br />all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 2416 Sothman Drive, Grand Island,

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said

<br />appoints and substitutes Barbara Mueller as Trustee in lieu of the Trustee
<br />therein.
<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, Barbara Mueller hereby accepts
<br />said appointment as Trustee under the above Deed of Trust, and as successor Trustee.
