<br />BETH R. DUBISAR, formerly JEFFRIES, a single person and former spouse of Grantee,
<br />party of first part, in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does hereby quit claim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell and convey unto WILLIAM P. JEFFRIES, aka WILLIAM PATRICK JEFF -
<br />RIES, an individual and former spouse of Grantor, who resides at 1412 Briarwood Drive,
<br />Edmond, Oklahoma 73034 -5766, party of the second part, all her right, title, interest, estate,
<br />and every other claim and demand, both at law and in equity, in and to the following described
<br />real property and premises ( "this property ") situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), Block Two (2), in the Sothman's Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska according to the recorded plat thereof
<br />(more commonly known as 1147 S. Lincoln, Grand Isand, Nebraska 68801),
<br />subject to easements, rights of ways and restrictive covenants of record, less
<br />and except all oil, gas and other minerals previously reserved or conveyed of
<br />record and all rights incident thereto.
<br />[Conveyed pursuant to the terms, conditions and requirements contained in the Agreed Decree
<br />of Dissolution of Marriage filed of record March 18, 2009 in a case styled: In re Marriage of.-
<br />Beth R. Jeff7les and William P. Jeffries, FD 2008 -1072, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.]
<br />together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD this property unto the party of the second part, his heirs and
<br />assigns forever, so that neither Grantor, nor any person in her name or on her behalf, shall or
<br />will hereinafter claim or demand any right or title to this property or any part thereof; but they
<br />and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
