Reimers, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, of a Deed of Trust with a current <br />principal balance of $10,970.16 and an original principal sum of $15,070.50 and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall 'County, Nebraska as Document No. 200512113 on <br />December 9, 2005, do hereby agree to, and by this instrument do, subordinate their lien only to a <br />certain Deed of Trust in an amount not to exceed $82,700.00 executed by Virgil E. Reimers and <br />Doris J.
