<br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Equitable Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, under a certain Deed of Trust executed by Virgil E.
<br />Reimers and Doris J. Reimers, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, of a Deed of Trust with a current
<br />principal balance of $10,970.16 and an original principal sum of $15,070.50 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall 'County, Nebraska as Document No. 200512113 on
<br />December 9, 2005, do hereby agree to, and by this instrument do, subordinate their lien only to a
<br />certain Deed of Trust in an amount not to exceed $82,700.00 executed by Virgil E. Reimers and
<br />Doris J. Reimers, Husband and Wife, as trustors to Five Points Bank, as trustee and Five Points
<br />Bank, as beneficiary dated May 15, 2009 and filed / in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds as Document No 07 03 all of which documents
<br />cover the following described Real Estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Thirty -three (33), Le Heights Fourth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have caused this Subordination Agreement to be
<br />executed at Grand Island, Nebraska this 13 1'-` day of May, 2009.
