Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Lender"). DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated May 1, 2003 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Recorded on May 9, 2003, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Instrument No. 0200305$37. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: Lot Six 161, Wolfe's Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 522 JOHNSON PL, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803-4131 . MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Extending the maturity date to May 1, 2012, the interest rate will be 5.75%. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
