Coble, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Nicholas R. Northup <br />and Amber M.
