I have reviewed the legal description contained in a certain deed of trust filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, to wit: Exhibit A to the deed of trust filed on May 20, 2004 as Instrument No. 200405042 (hereafter "Deed of Trust "), a copy of which Exhibit A is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and have compared it to the actual legal description for the real estate referred to in the Deed of Trust, to wit: 1110 E. Capital Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska - Parcel ID Number 400215950, a copy of which actual legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit 2. 3. At the beginning of the Tenth line from the bottom, in said Exhibit A to the Deed of Trust, the word "Southeast" is incorrect and the parenthetical description immediately following, to wit: (SE1 /4 SW 1/4) is correct, to describe the actual legal description for the real estate referred to in the Deed of Trust. The word "Southeast" referred to in this paragraph is an obvious scrivenor's error. As a licensed title examiner, the legal description contained in Exhibit A to the Deed of Trust is sufficient to identify the real estate subject to the Deed of Trust.
