STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Affiant being first duly sworn on oath deposes and states as follows: <br />1. I am licensed title examiner in the State of Nebraska and am familiar with the <br />real estate records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. I have reviewed the legal description contained in a certain deed of trust filed with <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, to wit: Exhibit A to the deed of trust filed on May 20, 2004 as <br />Instrument No. 200405042 (hereafter "Deed of Trust "), a copy of which Exhibit A is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit 1 and have compared it to the actual legal description for the real estate referred to in the Deed of <br />Trust, to wit: 1110 E. Capital Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska - Parcel ID Number 400215950, a copy of <br />which actual legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit 2. <br />3. At the beginning of the Tenth line from the bottom, in said Exhibit A to the Deed of <br />Trust, the word "Southeast" is incorrect and the parenthetical description immediately following, to wit: <br />(SE1 /4 SW 1/4) is correct, to describe the actual legal description for the real estate referred to in the <br />Deed of Trust. The word "Southeast" referred to in this paragraph is an obvious scrivenor's error.
