thence Easterly to the West line of Eddy Street; thence Northerly a <br />distance of 50 feet along the West line of Eddy Street to the place of beginning. <br />Pursuant to a Corporate Warranty Deed from Gas `N Shop, Inc., as grantor, executed December <br />18, 2007 and recorded January 14, 2008 as Instrument No. 200800297, in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds; and <br />WHEREAS, by Grant of Easement executed April 30, 2004 and recorded July 14, 2004 <br />as Instrument No. 200406903 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds ( "Grant of <br />Easement "), Casey's predecessor in interest, Gas `N Shop, Inc., conveyed to TLC a perpetual <br />easement ( "Easement ") including the right to construct, service, maintain, improve or replace an <br />outdoor advertising structure upon a portion of the Casey's Tract consisting of the following <br />described land ( "Current Easement Area"). <br />A part of the Park Reserve of Gilbert's Subdivision of Block One (1), GILBERT'S <br />SECOND ADDITION to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Park Reserve;
