Louis, Missouri, 63141, hereinafter <br />referred to as Grantor, as [successor] Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association Grantee, without <br />any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />LOT 7, BLOCK 11, ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred by a Trust Deed with power of sale recorded <br />on 10/29/1998 , in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document 98-110698 wherein <br />LETICIA IBARRA DE GARCIA MANUEL D.
