<br />Lender. The word "Lender" means Five Points Bank, its successors and assigns. The worl:ls "successors or assigns" mean any

<br />Note. The worl:l "Note" means the promissory notel:lated May 11, 2009, in the original principal amount of $30,000.00
<br />from Trustor to Lenl:ler, together with all renewals of, extensions of, mol:lifications of, refinancings of, consolil:lations of, and
<br />substitutions for the promissory note or agreement. The maturity l:Iate of this Deed of Trust is MAY 31, 2019.

<br />Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, anl:l other articles of personal property now or
<br />hereafter ownel:l by Trustor, anl:l now or hereafter attachel:l or affixel:l to the Real Property; together with all accessions, parts, anl:l
<br />al:ll:litions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such property; anl:l together with all proceeds (including without
<br />limitation all insurance proceeds and refunl:ls of premiums) from any sale or other l:Iisposition of the Property.

<br />Property. The worl:l "Property" means collectively the Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br />
<br />Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean the real property, interests anl:l rights, as further describel:l in this Deel:l of Trust.

<br />Related Documents. The worl:ls "Relatel:l Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental
<br />agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deel:ls of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other
<br />instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.
<br />
<br />Rents. The word "Reots" means all present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and other benefits derived
<br />from the Property.
<br />
<br />Trustee. The word "Trustee" means Five Points Bank. whose address is P.O Box 1507, Granl:l Island, NE 68802-1507 and any
<br />substitute or successor trustees.
<br />
<br />Trustor. The word "Trustor" means ROGER D KROLIKOWSKI.
