<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 1 , 2009, and executed by Chad Vieth, a married man and
<br />Tiffany Vieth, his wife, Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was entered on April 6, 2009, in the Hall Register of Deeds
<br />Office as Document No. 200902500, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Suite #2807, Pinewood Condominium in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of May, 2009.
