<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LOIS F. NIELSEN, A
<br />SINGLE PERSON to Heritage Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated 08-07-2003 and recorded 08-11-2003 in Book Number Page Number
<br />and/or Instrument Number 0200310421, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust of Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />A tract ofland in the Southwest Quarter (SW]/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Northwest corner of
<br />said Southwest Quarter; thence Easterly along the North line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 2,641.62 feet to the
<br />Northeast comer of said Southwest Quarter; thence Southerly along the East line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of
<br />]] 6.02 feet to the Northerly Right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 30; thence Southwesterly along said Highway Right-of-
<br />way line, a distance 00,119.7 feet to the West line of said Southwest Quarter, thence Northerly along the West line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter, a distance of ],721.26 feet to the place of beginning and containing 55.703 acres more or less; and

<br />A tract ofland in the Southeast Quarter (SE1I4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6!h P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of
<br />said Southeast Quarter Section 33; thence southerly along the West line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 116.18'; thence
<br />northeasterly 122 degrees 03 '44" left along the northwesterly ROW line of Highway 30, a distance of225.90 feet to the north
<br />line of said Southeast Quarter; thence westerly 149 degrees 03 '22" left along said north line a distance of 19] .48' to the point
<br />of beginning, containing .2553 acre, more or less;

<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
