The value of the real property owned by Shirley A. Schroder, deceased, does not exceed $25,000. The legal description of the real estate owned by decedent is as follows: Lot Two (2), in Villa Mar Dee Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 2. Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent. Shirley A. Schroder died on February 27,2009 (see attached Death Certificate). 3, No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 4. The undersigned Affiant, Robert L. Schroder, widower of Shirley A. Schroder, is entitled to the above described real property because Shirley died intestate and the undersigned is entitled to the first $50,000.00 of Shirley's estate. 5. The value of Shirley A. Schroder's entire estate did not exceed $25,000.00. 6. No other person has a right to the interest of the Decedent in the above described property.
