<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Successor Trustee under the terms of a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated May 24, 2002, and tiled for record with the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds on May 24, 2002, as Instrument No. 200205602 wherein Martie V. Campos and Consuelo
<br />Campos, Husband and Wife were Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated May 24, 2002, and
<br />filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds on May 24, 2002, as Instrument No.
<br />200205602, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-One
<br />Thousand Five Hundred and Noll 00 Dollars ($41,500.00) received from Grantee does hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto J & B RENTALS, L.L.C., a Nebraska
<br />limited liability company herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), IN SOUTH GRAND ISLAND
<br />SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA;
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
