Hall County, and a part of Lot Fourteen (14) of <br />the County Subdivision of the WY2SW1f4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range.$West of the q <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebra~ka, more particularly described as follows to wit: Commencing at a <br />point on the North boundary line of said Block which point is 160 feet East of the Northwest corner <br />of said Block, running thence South parallel with the West boundary line of said Block for a <br />distance for 204.9 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary line of the Belt Line of the Chicago <br />Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company, running thence in a Northeasterly direction along and <br />upon said Northerly boundary of said Belt Line for a distance of 62JJ feet, running thence <br />Northerly parallel with the Westerly boundary of said Block, for a distance 62.8 feet, running <br />thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly boundary of said Block, for a distance of 175 feet to <br />the North line of said Block, running thence West along and upon said boundary line of said Biock <br />for a distance of 55 feet to th'e place of beginning. <br />
