<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated January 5, 2007, and
<br />filed for record on January 16,2007, in the real estate records of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200700367, and given by Russell Supencheck, as Trustor, in which Archer
<br />Cooperative Credit Union, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach ofthe
<br />obligations dated January 5, 2007, for which the trust property was conveyed as security has
<br />occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they
<br />became due.
<br />
<br />You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said
<br />Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of May 1, 2009, is in the amount of $85,899.12, plus
<br />interest thereafter.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to
<br />sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under said Deed of Trust;
<br />the trust property affected is as follows:

<br />County, Nebraska and its complement, to-wit: Fractional Lot Ten (10), of

<br />Eight (8), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Fourteen (14) of County Subdivision
<br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1f4SWY4) of Section
<br />Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
