<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by c,
<br /> Gary E. Shovlain and Linda D. Shovlain, husband and wife
<br />
<br /> To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br /> ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA., the beneficiary named therein, dated September
<br /> 30, 1994, and recorded September 30, 1994, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Document No. 94-108090 and the Extension Agreement dated January 17, 2003 and
<br /> recorded January 24, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br /> No. 0200300887, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br /> beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br /> reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br /> through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;

<br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2), Shovlain Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska
<br />
<br /> together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
