Broadwell, P.O. Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802-1507 ("Lender"), DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: RECORDED IN HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 0200808821 10-17.2008. . REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HAll County, State of Nebraska: Lot Six (6), of County Subdivision of part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S 1 /2 SE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.. Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land deeded to the City of Grand Island, more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 46, Page 600 of the Deed records in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 411 W CHARLES ST , GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. MODIFICATION. lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: WITH TERMS AS AGREED UPON IN NOTE # 101220973 DATED 05.04.2009. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANEW MATURITY DATED 08-02-2009 AND A NEW PRINCIPAL BALANCE OF $ 35,340.00. CONTINUING VALIDITY.
