<br />h <br /> <br />. , <br />"- <br /> <br />200903482 <br /> <br />County Register of Deeds. <br /> <br />hereinafter the "Dominant Estate"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to the granting and use of an easement on the <br />servient estate for the use and benefit of the dominant estate under the following terms <br />and conditions, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for one dollar and other good and valuable consideration, it <br />is agreed that: <br /> <br />Grant of Easement: Siemers grants to Kuszak an easement over the servient estate, for <br />the purpose of installing, using and maintaining an irrigation well and pump on the <br />dominant estate for the purpose of irrigation. This easement will operate as a waiver of <br />objection by the servient estate and the owner of the servient estate, to the placement of <br />an irrigation well on the dominant estate that is within 600 feet or less from the existing <br />or any future wells located on the servient estate.
