Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by MICHAEL R SCHLACHTER AND KATHLEEN A SCHLACHTER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as <br />Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as <br />Trustee, dated MAY 5, 2004.. and recorded MAY 10, 2004, in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200404664 regarding the real <br />estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by MICHAEL R SCHLACHTER AND KATHLEEN A SCHLACHTER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as <br />trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE <br />BANK FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, <br />dated MAY 5,2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200404664, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim ,acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
