MASDEN., husband and wife; hereinafter referred to as <br />"Owner" , <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Owner desires to connect to Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, the South 78' of Lot 5, <br />Block 6, in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will permit a sanitary sewer service line to connect directly to public sanitary <br />sewer manholes using the street right-of-way adjacent to another property, subject to certain <br />conditions being met by the Owner. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City hereby grants to the Owner a permit to connect the property at 724 W 6th Street to <br />the City's Sanitary Sewer Manhole No. 381 as per Standard Plan 129A, all as shown on the <br />attached drawing dated March 26,2009 in accordance with the requirements of the Director of <br />Public Works. Such connection is to be inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br /> <br />2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Owner shall be and remain <br />the property of the Owner, and in no event shall the City be required to maintain the line. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
