<br />executed on the 6th day of March, 1998 by Randall L Wenz and Jordan J Wenz, as husband and wife as Trustor(s) to
<br />First Bank National Association as Trustee(s), recorded on the 16th day of April, 1998 as Entry No. 98-103558 of the
<br />records of the County Recorder in the County of Hall in the State of, Nebraska, and WHEREAS, the undersigned, US
<br />Bank National Association by merger First Bank National Association as Successor to First Bank National
<br />Association is/are the present holder(s) of the beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust, and do/does hereby appoint
<br />U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association as Trustee(s) in place and stead of said First Bank National
<br />Association under said Deed of Trust;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, upon recordation of this document, the undersigned do/does hereby discharge the present record
<br />Trustee(s) and substitute U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association as the new Trustee(s) who shall succeed to
