<br /> FEDERAL BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on March 4,
<br /> 2005, as Instrument No. 2005-01875, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was
<br /> assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND
<br /> to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., by virtue of an Assignment dated
<br /> February 28, 2005, and filed for record on April 5, 2005, as Instrument No. 2005-03009 of the Mortgage Records
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska and subsequently assigned to U.S. BANK, N.A., by an assignment dated April 14, 2009
<br /> and filed for record on April 20; 2009, as Instrument No. 2009-02958 of the Mortgage Records for Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing COMMERCIAL
<br /> FEDERAL BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the
<br /> Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> PART OF LOTS 12 AND 13 OF GEER SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 6,7 AND 8 OF GARRETT' S SUBDIVISION
<br /> OF PART OF THE EAST % OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9, WEST OF THE OR P.M.,
<br /> HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FIRST TO
<br /> ASCERTAIN THE ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTHERLY LINE
<br /> OF 20TH'STREET AND THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 13 EXTENDED; THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY

<br /> ALONG AND UPON THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF 2e STREET A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO THE POINT
<br /> OF BEGINNING.
<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br /> payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br /> GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska
<br /> statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br /> satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br /> The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and Deed of
<br /> Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
