<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br /> payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br /> GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska
<br /> statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br /> satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br /> The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and Deed of
<br /> Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
