<br /> DEED OF RECONWEYANCE-
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:`
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br /> called the "Trust Deed," executed by Gregory L Rerucha and Lisa L Rerucha,
<br /> husband and wife as joint tenants, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br /> Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br /> Beneficiary named therein, dated the 5th day of April 2008, and recorded on the 16th
<br /> day of April 2008, as Instrument no. 0200803148 in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br /> requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br /> request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br /> by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br /> thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br /> in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br /> 1001):
<br /> Fractional Lot Two (2), Fractional Block Forty (40), Morrill's Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and its complement, Fractional Lot Two (2),
<br /> Fractional Block Forty Eight (48), of Subdivision of Blocks Forty Eight (48) and Forty Nine
<br /> (49), of Wasmer's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and
<br /> Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Forty Eight (48), in Subdivision of Blocks Forty Eight (48)
<br /> and Forty Nine (49) of Wasmer's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
