I am licensed title examiner in the State of Nebraska and am familiar with the <br />real estate records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. I have reviewed the legal description contained in a certain deed of trust filed with <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, to wit: Exhibit A to the deed of trust filed on May 20,2004 as <br />Instrument No. 200405042 (hereafter "Deed of Trust"), a copy of which Exhibit A is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit 1 and have compared it to the actual legal description for the real estate referred to in the Deed of <br />Trust, to wit: 1110 E. Capital Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska ~ Parcel ID Number 400215950, a copy of <br />which actual legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit 2. <br />3. In the seventh line from the bottom, in said Exhibit A to the Deed of Trust, there <br />is included in the legal description two words, to wit: "a distance" which are not included in the actual <br />legal description for the real estate referred to in the Deed of Trust. The inclusion of those two words is <br />an obvious scrivenor's error.
