<br />1. This Financing Statement covers the following types (or items) of property:
<br />
<br />(a) Those certain tracts of land, described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
<br />part hereof and those certain surface leases and other interests in land (the "Surface Leases")
<br />described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (such tracts of land and the lands
<br />covered by the Surface Leases being herein collectively called the "Facility Sites"), together
<br />with all tanks, tank batteries, injector stations, terminals, pumps, pipelines, plants, heaters,
<br />compressors, equipment and other fixtures, personal/movable property and improvements
<br />(whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of Law or otherwise) located on or under
<br />the Facility Sites (the "Facility Property") or used, held for use in connection with, or in any
<br />way related to the Pipeline Systems (as hereinafter defined) (the Facility Sites and the Facility
<br />Property are herein sometimes collectively called the "Facilities");
<br />
<br />(b) The rights, interests and estates created under those certain servitudes, easements,
<br />rights of way, privileges, franchises, prescriptions, licenses, leases, permits and/or other rights
<br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and all of Debtor's right, title
<br />and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of Law or otherwise) in any
<br />servitudes, easements, rights of way, privileges, franchises, prescriptions, licenses, leases,
<br />permits and/or other rights in and to any land, in any county, parish and sections shown on
<br />Exhibit A even though they may be incorrectly described in or omitted from such Exhibit A
<br />together with any amendments, renewals, extensions, supplements, modifications or other
<br />agreements related to the foregoing, and further together with any other servitudes, easements,
<br />rights of way, privileges, prescriptions, franchises, licenses, permits and/or other rights (whether
<br />presently existing or hereafter created and whether now owned or hereafter acquired by
<br />operation of Law or otherwise) used, held for use in connection with, or in any way related to the
<br />Pipeline Systems, the Facilities, and/or pipelines transporting hydrocarbons or other goods,
<br />including crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids condensate or refined products (collectively
<br />"Products") to, from or between Pipeline Systems and/or the Facilities (the rights, interests and
<br />estates described in this subsection (b) are herein collectively called the "Servitudes");
<br />
<br />(c) Without limitation of the foregoing, all other right, title and interest of Debtor of
<br />whatever kind or character (whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of Law or
<br />otherwise) in and to (i) the Facilities, the Surface Leases and/or the Servitudes, and (ii) the lands
<br />described or referred to in Exhibit A (or described in any of the instruments described or
<br />referred to in Exhibit A);
<br />
<br />(d) Without limitation of the foregoing, all of Debtor's right, title and interest
<br />(whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of Law or otherwise) in and to all
<br />transportation, gathering and transmission systems located on the properties described and/or
<br />depicted on Exhibit A, including, without limitation, any transportation, gathering or
