Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by NANCY H SCHMERDTMANN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which Equitable <br />Bank, FKA The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A <br />Federal Savings Bank, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, <br />as Trustee, dated March 3, 1999.1 and recorded March 4, 1999, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 99-102362 regarding the <br />real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by NANCY H SCHMERDTMANN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, FKA The <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings <br />Bank as Beneficiary, dated March 3, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 99.102362, has been paid, and the <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
