Chmelka, of a <br />Lease dated November 10,2006, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and JaM J. Chmelka, is <br />the Lessee, such lease commenced November 10, 2006, and terminates November 10, 2041, and <br />pertains to: <br /> <br />Lot Twenty-Seven (27), situated on the West side of the East portion <br />of Kuester's Lake, located on the East one-half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (El/2SWl/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br /> <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to <br />Equitable Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount <br />of SEVENrY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75,000.00) and a Financing Statement or <br />mortgage covering the above-described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br /> <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this ~day of April, 2009, by Bud Jeffries, President of Kuester <br />Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of corporation. <br /> <br /> <br />J;GENERAL NOTARY-State of Nebraska <br />SHERR!
