(J'J CO Z en 0 NOTICE OF DEFAULT /5.';0 TO WHOM -IT MAY-CONCER.N: Notice is hereby given of the default of ROBERT L. SEIMERS AND BETTY J. SEIMERS, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as trustor, under Trust Deeds filed for record at Pages 200101715 and 200101716, in the records of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County, Nebraska (said trust deed being hereinafter called the "Deed of Trust") . The property constituting the sUbject-matter of the Deed of Trust (such property being hereinafter called the "Trust Property") is described as follows: See Attached Exhibit A WHEREAS, a default of the obligations called for which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of which is failure to pay sums due. The undersigned attorney for the Trustee, Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, at the request of the beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, hereby gives notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy such obligation. The default may be cured within two months of the filing for record of this Notice of Default and the obligation and the Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided for in Section 76- 1012 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act. The amount of the entire unpaid principal for loan number 678145-1 is Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Dollars and 35/100 ($296,913.35). The amount of interest accrued thereon to and including the 10th day of April 10,2009 is Twenty Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Eight Dollars and 08/100 ($22,688.08). The dollar amount of the per diem interest accruing from and after April 10, 2009 is $52.874980; the amount of unpaid principal which would not be due had no fault occurred is Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Dollars and 35/100 ($296,913.35).
