<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Roland R. Engel and Sandra E. Engel, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable
<br />Bank formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as
<br />the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated January 5th, 2004.l
<br />and recorded January 6th, 2004 and Re~Recorded January 23rd, 2004, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200400148 and
<br />0200400708 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />
<br />2. Deed of RecoDvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Roland R. Engel and Sandra E. Engel, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank formerly known as
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated January 5th, 2004,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 0200400148 and 0200400708, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee
<br />and Deed of Reconveyance.

<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Six (6), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska More
