Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Eduard G Rugebregt and Cheryl Ann Rugebregt, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which <br />Equitable Bank formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association, is <br />named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated <br />December 18, 1998-,- and recorded December 29, 1998, in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 98-112907 regarding the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Eduard G Rugebregt and Cheryl Ann Rugebregt, Husband and Wire, as trustor, to Earl <br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank formerly known <br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association as Beneficiary, dated December 18, 1998, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Document No. 98-112907, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
