Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed S~cce_ssor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Gary B McWilliam and Susan M McWilliam, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which <br />Equitable Bank formerly known as Equitable Building and Loan Association, is named <br />as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated May 10, 1999.1 <br />and recorded May 14, 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 99-105007 regarding the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Gary B McWilliam and Susan M McWilliam, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank formerly known as <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association as Beneficiary, dated May 10, 1999, and recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 99- <br />105007, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
