WILLOUGHBY and JOYCE M. WILLOUGHBY, Husband and Wife, hereinafter <br />referred to as "First Party", and MARY VIRGINIA HEINRICH and JOYCE M. <br />WILLOUGHBY, TRUSTEE OF THE CAL VIN F. HEINRICH RESIDUARY TRUST, here- <br />inafter referred to as "Second Party". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, First Party is the owner ofthat real estate described as: <br /> <br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (Nl/2SWl/4) of Section Nine (9), <br />Township Ten (l0) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.
