Dreher, on the 17th day of <br />November, 1995 and that said Deed of Trust Chattel Mortgage was duly filed for record in the <br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on November 17, 1995 as Document No. 95-107932. <br /> <br />Plaintiff claims there is now due the principal sum of Ninety-Five Thousand Three <br />Hundred Twelve and 65/100 Dollars ($95,312.65), plus accumulated interest in the amount of <br />Ten Thousand One Hundred Forty and 24/100 Dollars ($10,140.24), a negative escrow balance <br />of Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and 841100 Dollars ($5,268.84) related to tax and <br /> <br />insurance advances, and late charges in thc amount of Two Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen mId <br /> <br />571100 Dollars ($2,213.57) due through January 14,2009, for a total of One Hundred Twelve <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Five and 301100 Dollars ($112,935.30), plus interest from and <br /> <br />after said date at the rate of Seven and 751100 percent (7.75%) per annum pursuant to the terms <br />of the Adjustable Note accruing from and after January 14,2009 on the Adjustable Rate Note <br />secured by the Deed of Trust Chattel Mortgage that was given to secure it, and it prays for the <br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found due on the Mortgage, together <br />with interest, costs and expenses of suit, and to foreclose the said Defendants from all right, title, <br /> <br />interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to said real estate and <br /> <br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just <br /> <br />and equitable. <br />
