<br /> 16, 2007, by AMBER RATERMAN and NATHAN RATERMAN, wife and husband, Trustors, in favor of
<br /> MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Beneficiary, and OLD
<br /> REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on
<br /> January 16, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-00404, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br /> Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br /> SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated March 11, 2009, and filed for
<br /> record on March 25, 2009, as Instrument No. 2009-02161 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing OLD REPUBLIC
<br /> NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the
<br /> Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> THE SOUTH FORTY-EIGHT (48) FEET AND FOUR (4) INCHES OF THE WEST ONE-
<br /> HALF (WI/2) OF LOT SEVEN (7), IN VANTINE' S SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE
<br /> NORTHWEST QUARTER (NWT/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22), IN TOWNSHIP
<br /> ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br /> NEBRASKA.
<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br /> payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br /> GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br /> Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
