SEIMERS <br />AND BETTY J. SEIMERS, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to <br />as trustor, under a Trust Deed filed for record at Page <br />200101715, in the records of the Register of Deeds in and for <br />Hall County, Nebraska (said trust deed being hereinafter called <br />the "Deed of Trust"). <br /> <br />The property constituting the subject-matter of the Deed of <br />Trust (such property being hereinafter called the "Trust <br />Property") is described as follows: <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a default of the obligations called for which the <br />Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature <br />of which is failure to pay sums due. <br /> <br />The undersigned attorney for the Trustee, Platte Valley <br />State Bank & Trust Company, at the request of the beneficiary <br />under the Deed of Trust, hereby gives notice of its election to <br />sell or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy such <br />obligation. <br /> <br />The default may be cured within two months of the filing for <br />record of this Notice of Default and the obligation and the Deed <br />of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided for in Section 76- <br />1012 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act. <br /> <br />The amount of the entire unpaid principal for loan number <br />678145-1 is Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen <br />Dollars and 35/100 ($296,913.35). The amount of interest accrued <br />thereon to and including the 10th day of April 10,2009 is Twenty <br />Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Eight Dollars and 08/100 <br />($22,688.08).
