<br />The below signed BRANCH PRESIDENT, as Trustee for the benefit of PINNACLE BANK,
<br />PALMER, NE, (f/k/a State Bank, Palmer, NE) a State Banking Association in the county of
<br />MERRICK, State of NEBRASKA; as beneficiary, in consideration of the payment of the
<br />indebtedness secured be the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />LEON STANCZYK. A SINGLE PERSON , as Trustor
<br />to PINNACLE BANK, PALMER, NE, as Trustee, which Trust Deed is recorded in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, in Book on Page
<br />INSTRUMENT NO. 0200306840 , of Mortgages, and the said Beneficiary, having requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below,
<br />does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate transferred assigned and conveyed to said Trustee by or
