The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br /> executed by DALE R DAVIS AND LEOTA J DAVIS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. <br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA <br /> EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated AUGUST <br /> 15, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska <br /> as Document No. 200208758, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in <br /> writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br /> endorsement below. <br /> <br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br /> 3.
