The current lawful holder of the promissory note is Deutsche Bank <br />National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc Trust 2006- <br />NC4. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by <br />said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of 02/04/2009, is in the amount of $ 74,351.88, <br />plus interest thereafter.
