Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.o. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by GALEN E GERDES AND TAM ERA M GERDES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which <br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated <br />JANUARY 7, 2003.l and recorded JANUARY 13,2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200300481 regarding the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by GALEN E GERDES AND TAMERA M GERDES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl <br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated <br />JANUARY 7,2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 200300481, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
