<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated November 17, 2006, and
<br />filed for record on April 21, 2008 as document No. 200803319 in the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and a Deed of Trust dated March 16, 2006, and filed for record on March 28,
<br />2006, as document No. 200602685, in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, both of
<br />which were executed by Heritage Disposal and Storage, LLC., as Trustor, in which the State Bank
<br />of Cairo is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor and that a breach of
<br />an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments on the Notes secured by the Deeds of Trust
<br />and other obligations as they came due.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell
<br />or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deeds and Notes
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary pursuant to the terms of the Deeds of Trust referred to above
<br />which secure these obligations; the trust property affected is as follows:

<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements, rights,
<br />privileges and appurtenances located thereon, and all personal property that may be or hereafter
<br />become an integral part of such buildings and improvements, all crops raised thereon, and all water
<br />rights, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto are hereby declared to be a part of
<br />the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Property".
