<br />~ <br /> <br />\. <br /> <br />,.~ <br /> <br />200902590 <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The undersigned executed a Personal Representative's Deed conveying <br /> <br />title to the Property and such deed was recorded on March 8,2006, as Instrument <br /> <br />No. 0200602013 in the Hall County Register of Deeds (the "Personal <br />Representative's Deed"). <br /> <br />7. The Personal Representative's Deed conveyed an undivided one-sixth <br /> <br />interest to the George Liggett, Jr. Testamentary Trust, Thomas George Liggett and <br /> <br />Susan Liggett Matthews, Trustees. <br /> <br />8. It was the intent of the Personal Representative's Deed to convey an <br /> <br />undivided one-third interest of George Liggett, Jr. in the Property to the Grantees <br /> <br />referenced above and such conveyance was intended to accomplish the estate plan <br /> <br />of George Liggett, Jr., i.e., to transfer an undivided one-third interest in the <br /> <br />Property to the George Liggett, Jr. Testamentary Trust. <br /> <br />9. The undersigned, Personal Representative of the Estate of George <br /> <br />Liggett, Jr., desires to clear up any potential discrepancies in the chain of title to <br /> <br />the Property based upon the fractional interests allocated in the Deed. <br /> <br />2 <br />
