This Modification pertains to that certain Leasehold Deed of Trust, Assignment of <br />Leases and Rents and Fixture Filing, dated as of January 11, 1999 (the "Deed of Trust"), <br />executed by Trustor for the benefit of Atherton Capital Incorporated ("Original Lender"), <br />recorded at Instrument No. 0200100112 in the Real Property Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />B.
