Hiatt and Victoria A. Hiatt, husband and wife, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 16, 2007 as <br />Instrument No. 0200705972, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT FOUR AND THE SOUTH TWENTY FEET OF LOT FIVE, IN BLOCK ONE, <br />BURGER'S ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
