<br /> WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Construction Security Agreement Deed of
<br /> Trust executed by
<br />
<br /> Housing Plus, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company
<br />
<br /> to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br /> ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated _August 4, 2006 and recorded August 4 2006 as _
<br /> Instrument No. 0200606980, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br /> HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA., has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br /> of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br /> beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br /> reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or

<br /> SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br /> LOTS 24 AND 25, IN LARUE SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br /> NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br /> intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br /> described remain as heretofore.
