REV. STAT. SS 76-239 ofthe continued effectiveness ofthe Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby extended to MARCH 15.2012. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />
