STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is <br />to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, <br />repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon the <br />public right-of-way; <br /> <br />To place a pipe in the public right-of-way immediately behind the sidewalk, in <br />front of2803, 2805 & 2807 Brentwood Boulevard (Lots 28 & 29 of Brentwood Third <br />Subdivision) for the discharge of groundwater directly to a storm drainage curb inlet. The <br />Licensee will be responsible for restoring the surface to the same condition it was in prior <br />to the work being done. This license agreement is solely for the permission to place a <br />pipe in the right-of-way and a storm sewer tap permit will be issued for the connection to <br />the storm sewer system. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. The License <br />Agreement applies to the city right-of-way abutting Lots 28 & 29 in Brentwood Third <br />Subdivision; located at 2803, 2805 & 2807 Brentwood Boulevard. <br /> <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the <br />Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described improvement at <br />the Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for damages against the <br />Licensor, its officers, employee, agents and independent contractors for any damage or <br />injury that may result to said improvement.
